It was founded by Hüseyin Bölük in 2000 and started to serve as a sole proprietorship in a small workshop in Bursa. Our company, which reveals its quality and experience with the repairs it has made, has started to take the steps to become a brand in its sector.

It has moved to a building in Bursa Küçük Sanayi due to our business circulation, which has intensified thanks to the positive returns and references of our customers. Thanks to his discipline and success in repairs and maintenance, he became a Siemens Servo Motor Repair partner in Turkey after completing the trainings at Bad Neustadt Servo Motor Repair Center in Germany in 2001. It has become the only authorized repair company in Turkey that can provide maintenance and repair services for Siemens brand servo motor and Siemens brand Spindle.

In 2003, Sİ-MUT TEKNİK SERVO MOTOR REPAIR MAKİNA VE OTOMASYON ŞİRKETİ SAN. TRADE. LTD. STI. got the title. In 2007, Simaksan, a subsidiary company, started service in order to support the activities of Si-mut Teknik and to produce its own Spintech branded high-speed precision spindles. (simaksan website link) In 2013-2014, within the scope of the 'SME R&D Startup Support Program' supported by TÜBİTAK, with the 'Precision and High-Speed ​​Spindle Design and Development' project, both engine performance and spindle rotation were compared to equivalent products. A final product with significant advantages in terms of accuracy and precision was obtained. In 2015, he made an agreement with WEISS Spindle GMBH and received the weiss brand spindle maintenance and repair competence. Our company, which has made a name for itself as Si-mut in its sector, moved to the factory with an area of ​​2500 m2 in Nilüfer Organized Industrial Zone in 2017.

Our R&D studies continue for the 'Clean, Precise and Damage-Free Composite Cutting Robot (COMACH)' project within the scope of the 'International Industrial R&D Projects Support Program', which started in 2019 and is expected to be completed in 2022, supported by TÜBİTAK. It opened its Istanbul / Tuzla branch in 2020. It will continue to expand its service network with other city branches planned to be opened.
